Documents

In-Office Wills  |  $150
You can discuss what you want to leave to your loved ones over the phone or by email and then come to the Exeter Law Group office sign your will. We provide the witnesses and notary. 

Out-of-Office Wills  |  $300
In the event that you are unable to leave your home, assisted living facility or hospital room, we will bring your prepared will to you (along with  two witnesses, if necessary) and notarize/finalize it on the spot. (Note: applies to distances within 15 miles of our office). 

In-Office Power of Attorney  |  $100
Communicate to us over the phone or through email what you need with regards to your Power of Attorney. Then, simply come in and sign the Power of Attorney. The agent (the person receiving the Power of Attorney) does not need to come into the office to sign the Power of Attorney.  We provide the witnesses and  notary.

Out-of-Office Power of Attorney  |  $250 ($100 if purchased with other document(s) for out-of-office service)  
This service is similar to the out of office Wills. If for any reason you are unable to make it to the Exeter Law Group office, we will come to you. If you are purchasing multiple documents on an out-of-office basis, any document(s) after the first one will be billed at the standard in-office rate. 

Living Will  |  $65 
Living Wills or Advanced Medical Directives are instructions regarding what healthcare procedures should or should not be considered in the event that you are incapacitated and unable to make decisions for yourself.  This alleviates the burden of making difficult decisions which one's family would otherwise face. (for out of office Living Wills add $100 unless the fee has already been applied to documents concurrently purchased for out-of-office service. This applies to a 15 mile distance from the Exeter Law Group office). 

Deeds  |   $125 (plus courthouse filing fee (approximately $90). These fees do not include transfer taxes which will be applicable if the transfer of the real estate is taxable pursuant to Pennsylvania Law). Deeds convey property from one owner to another. 

D.U.I. 

​​D.U.I.  |  $ 1,500
D.U.I. representation is a flat fee of $1,500 for cases eligible for A.R.D. (Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition). 

Uncontested No-Fault Divorce |  $ 500 plus Court costs 
An uncontested No-Fault Divorce is a Divorce in which neither party opposes or objects to the Divorce proceeding and there are no issues regarding marital property or custody to be litigated in the Divorce.  

Bankruptcy 

Chapter 7  |  $ 1,535
​Chapter 7 Bankruptcies which are comprised primarily of consumer debt are a flat fee of $1,535. 

Chapter 13  |  $ 2,500
Chapter 13 Bankruptcies are a flat fee of $2,500.

District Justice Hearings  |  $500 plus Court costs

This fee applies to single District Justice hearings in Berks County, Pennsylvania. If a matter requires multiple hearings or is outside of Berks County, Pennsylvania, additional charges may apply. 


Litigation

Litigation is billed out at $200 per hour. This will be billed against a retainer which is paid at the beginning of the attorney-client relationship. Retainer amounts vary depending on the type of case and the amount of work anticipated. This includes litigation regarding custody, divorce, zoning, landlord/tenant disputes, estates and other civil matters.
